VES CORROSION INHIBITOR SL-CorrTec-150V

SL-CorrTec-150V is quinoline quaternary ammonium salt composed with other functional intensifiers in aqueous alcohol solvent system. It can inhibit corrosion in all hydrochloric (HCl) and HCl-hydrofluoric (HCl-HF) acid and be used for mild steel to very exotic tubulars.

SL-CorrTec-150V is specially designed with VES Acid System, it can film a strong and stable filming on the metal surface instantly, then reduce the side effect from VES.

Product Description

SL-CorrTec-150V is quinoline quaternary ammonium salt composed with other functional intensifiers in aqueous alcohol solvent system. It can inhibit corrosion in all hydrochloric (HCl) and HCl-hydrofluoric (HCl-HF) acid and be used for mild steel to very exotic tubulars.

SL-CorrTec-150V is specially designed with VES Acid System, it can film a strong and stable filming on the metal surface instantly, then reduce the side effect from VES. On the other hand, SL-CorrTec-150V has limited effect on the rheological characteristic of VES Acid System, maintaining very stable viscosity in HTHP test conditions.

SL-CorrTec-150V is effective up to 300F in 20% HCL combined with corrosion inhibitor aid, not suitable for used with 28% HCL.

Recommended Treatment

Recommended loadings range from 20-30 gpt, combined with 20-30 gpt CI AID, when used below 300F.

SL-CorrTec-150V is compatible with other Cationic and Nonionic additives, a lab test should be performed when used with Anionic additives.


Packing and Storage

SL-CorrTec-150V be packed in 200L drums or 1000L IBC.

Be kept away from moisture and possible damage of the packages in transportation, stored in cool and dry situations.

Storage lifetime is 2 years.
